UU Batas Usia Capres-Cawapres Kembali Digugat ke MK, Kali Ini Oleh 98 Advokat
98 pengacara yang tergabung dalam satu wadah yakni Aliansi '98 Pengacara Pengawal Demokrasi dan HAM. Gugatan itu didaftarkan ke MK, Jum'at (18/8/2023 Siang.

Pemohon menyatakan gugatannya itu sejalan dengan fungsi MK sebagai pengawal konstitusi (the guardian of the constitution), pelindung demokrasi (the protector of democracy), pelindung hak asasi manusia (the protector of human rights), penafsir final konstitusi (the final interpreter of the constitution), pelindung hak konstitusional warga negara (the protector of the citizen's constitutional rights).
"Dan pengawal ideologi negara (the guardian of state ideology)," pungkasnya.
